HÄLSNINGAR FRÅN THAILAND

Fick en trevlig hälsning från Thailand igår som jag vill dela med mig av för att fylla min uppgift som specialkafferostare och budbärare av ursprungskaffe.

>Dear Mr. Akerblom.
>
>I received information about you and your coffee academy. Very impressive. Ronny Johnsson submitted to you already samples of our green beans and roast coffee. Frankly speaking we are new in this branch and please do understand that we had better emphasize our strength which is the green bean production. We need training from skillful and expert like you.

>Thailand is a place we received many vareities of coffee, donated through our King 20-30 years ago by wellwisher around the world like from Latin America, Africa, India, Indonesia and Australia.
>
>In our farm we plan to grow 3 million typica plants more this year. Our Nacha farm is 1,000 - 1,200 meters above sea level. Behind our mountain we have 3 hilltribe groups, who grow for more than 25 years 12-13 Arabica coffee varieties. Last Christmas was the first time they tasted their own coffee, brewed by automatic Bean-To-Cup Saeco Vienna.

>We have no coffee culture until Starbucks came to Thailand 10 years.
